Online Courses Make You Slim

Studying an online program makes you slim! Two students enrolled on online programs in my Polytechnic have complained to their tutor that they are loosing weight during their study periods. Apparently they both mostly study early to mid evening, and they eat their main meal before they start to study. Because they are working and not watching television, they don't snack after the meal.

Good side effect!

I guess there are all kinds of ways to lose weight! That's just another advantage of earning a degree, I think: it forces you to spend your time doing productive things, rather than having to find some way to entertain yourself.

I found that I lost about 10 pounds because of the cafeteria food. It just wasn't as good as the food at home, so I ate less. Plus, that first week does something funny to your stomach. I suppose this is one way you'd benefit from an online college course...no cafeteria food.
